1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the l69 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any amendments published on this page from time to time. l69 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain aware of any changes.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on l69, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform entirely on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended account with l69.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of l69 or any associated business partner.
• The funds you deposit and wager are derived from legitimate, lawful sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• You are acting in compliance with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

l69 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate termination of your account.

3. Account Management

Each registered member is entitled to hold exactly one account. Only one account is permitted per individual, household, IP address, device, or shared payment method. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, you must contact the l69 support team immediately at [email protected].

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person. l69 recommends that you choose a strong password and update it periodically. The platform will never contact you to request your password by any means. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify l69 immediately. The platform will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.

l69 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, regulatory requirements, or other conduct that the platform determines to be contrary to its interests or the interests of its members.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on l69 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits may be made via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at the platform's discretion without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. l69 does not charge a platform fee on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which l69 accepts no responsibility.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Members who have not completed KYC will not be permitted to withdraw funds. l69 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours; however, processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. l69 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal of ৳10,000 or above.

Deposits made using a payment method that does not belong to the registered account holder will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation. l69 does not accept payments from third parties under any circumstances.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

l69 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page and the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise, standard wagering requirements are 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses must be used within the time period specified on the promotion. Expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per member. Subsequent registrations created to claim the welcome bonus again constitute bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• l69 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred to another member or redeemed for cash directly.
• Any winnings derived from bonus funds that are suspected to have been obtained through fraudulent activity, collusion, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics will be voided.

6. Game Rules & Betting

All games offered on l69 — including but not limited to slots, live casino tables, crash games, fish shooting titles, and sports betting markets — operate according to the individual rules published within each game or market interface. In the event of any discrepancy between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall prevail for that specific product.

All bets are final once confirmed. l69 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a wager after it has been placed and confirmed. In the event of a technical error during a game session that results in an incorrect outcome being displayed, l69 reserves the right to void the affected bets and restore the member's stake to their account balance.

For sports betting markets: minimum bet amounts, maximum bet limits, and payout caps apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the betting interface. l69 reserves the right to limit, void, or refuse any bet at its discretion, including in cases where the platform suspects that a member holds an unfair informational advantage or is acting in coordination with others to exploit market odds.

l69's Random Number Generator (RNG) technology used in casino and slot games is independently certified to ensure that all outcomes are genuinely random, unbiased, and not influenced by previous results. Certification details are available on request.

7. Responsible Gaming

l69 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from every member's account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion options. We strongly encourage all members to use these tools proactively to manage their gaming activity.

l69 reserves the right to enforce responsible gaming measures on any account it identifies as showing signs of problem gambling behaviour, including but not limited to involuntary deposit limits or account closure, without requiring the member's prior consent.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

l69 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. l69 uses SSL encryption across the entire platform to protect data in transit. Personal data is never sold to third parties and is only shared with service providers and regulators where required for the operation of the platform or compliance with applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the l69 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game assets, and interface design — is the intellectual property of l69 or its licensed third-party suppliers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written permission from l69. Accessing the platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l69 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions. l69 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of games or services. l69 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of downtime.

11. Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the l69 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, crawlers, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, probe, or test the security of the platform or its infrastructure.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting known software bugs or game errors for financial gain.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, you should first contact the l69 support team at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period for the matter to be investigated and resolved. l69 aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through the support process, the parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before pursuing any other legal remedy.

13. Amendments to These Terms

l69 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform immediately. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotion terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and l69 with respect to your use of the platform. It supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
